Wolxair has introduced the world's largest dedicated grinding machine for screw rotors, achieving an astonishing machining accuracy of 2 microns. The machine boasts a maximum grinding diameter of 510mm and a maximum length of 2.7 meters. Additionally, Wolxair's production line is equipped with advanced machinery such as German KAPP grinding machines, Italian (SU) screw rotor grinding machines, and Hexagon three-coordinate measuring machines.

Jerry He, Founder of WOYO and CEO of Wolxair, is a decades-long veteran of the screw air compressor industry.Over 24 years, Jerry He deeply researched core screw air compressor technologies and built solid R&D and practical expertise. In 1996, he invested his entire life savings to found Wuxi WOYO Compressor Co., Ltd., China's first private screw air compressor enterprise, which marked the starting point of WOYO's brand development.

Dedicated to intelligent manufacturing upgrading, Jerry He has actively explored Industry 4.0 transformation. A 2018 field trip to Germany's time-honored smart manufacturing enterprises enlightened him that data accumulation and standardization are the foundation of intellectual production. With over ten years of technical and data reserves in integrated screw host R&D, WOYO has formed unique core advantages in intelligent manufacturing. Now 65, Jerry He still sticks to the front line.
